The JOIE Foundation Ltd
Currently, the JOIE Foundation Ltd has two corporate members: the European Association for Evolutionary Political Economy (EAEPE) and the Foundation for European Economic Development (FEED). It is planned to expand the number of corporate members in the future.

The JOIE Foundation is run by a Board of Trustees, currently including three Officers and three Editors of the journal. The Officers and Editors are elected by the Board of Trustees. The JOIE Trustees meet at least once annually.
